Love yourself at every size

Nothing looks cuter, or sexier, then confidence. You don’t need to wait to get to your goal weight to feel awesome. Why? Because your thoughts cause the feelings of awesomeness, and you always get to choose your thoughts. I want to help you love yourself through every pound down the scale.

I wasn’t planning on feeling excited until I had lost 50 lbs. But, after doing food planning and thought work for 60 days, I discovered I was already excited! About change! About learning more about myself! About knowing how to lose weight one pound at a time.

Now, because I focus my daily thought work on the topic of “love,” I’m feeling in love everyday. In love with my relationships. In love with my job. And, most importantly, in love with myself.
